PMME Ltd will provide the Customer with up to 1 hour of Technical Support during the first 30 days following license purchase. Support will be from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on any Business Day. PMME Ltd will log emails / telephone calls outside of these hours and respond to those logged calls the next Business Day.
